Maybe to tell the story in enough time, but either way, the end result is something that doesn't quite feel the same as the original. Since this series has never been too complicated with its plot to begin with, and a bit childish with some things (everyone always believes the true statement as soon as it is said, for instance) this results in a contrived feeling.I watched this episode, and i will watch the next two, but my general opinion is meh- it is nowhere near the original level of quality of the original.. Fans would be overwhelmed with the improvement of the animation quality plus the plot and twist of these three specials! Can't wait for season 3!. Absolutely brilliant. Fantastic show with great lore and animation.. I cannot reccomend enough to watch Wakfu: The Animated Series. These episodes are basically a "3rd season," and I am more than happy to pay for, and stand behind, this series, and hope they make more.My only complaint: WHY THE HELL IS THIS SERIES SO OBSCURE!? BUY THIS, GET OUT, AND WATCH THE SERIES ON NETFLIX!!!. I recommend the OVA if you're into Wakfu at all.
